My Uncle Bill and Aunt Judy met us last night at our favorite watering hole, Mellow Mushroom, for a quick dinner on their trek from Maine to Florida. It was great to see them, glad they were able to take the detour and hang out with us for a bit! They look mahvelous, trekking across the country with the bikes on the back of the van. Hopefully the rest of their journey will be less perilous than the first part, full of ice and sleet. With any luck, by the time they hit Florida, they should have nothing but sunshine. It was a good precursor to the big family reunion Uncle Bill is coordinating for July\/August.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
