There&#8217;s still a free version somewhere, but now there&#8217;s an open-source solution as well, <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.gnupg.org\/\">GPG<\/A>.  Works great!  Under Windoze, there&#8217;s a GUI called <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.jumaros.de\/rsoft\/index.html\">GPGshell<\/A> that is very PGP-ish.
