Gilded looks fun! We've amassed an RP gaming gang, Wren Rei Dan and me. I'll update this as we learn more.
Install
- Install red dead or red dead online via steam
- Install discord
- Recommended: create a dedicated Discord account for your character; switching accounts on the fly in Discord is easy
- Join the Gilded server: discord.gg/gildedrp
- Install Teamspeak and Saltychat (install TS not the overlay, close it, isntall SC, restart TS)
- Specific instructions are in the discord #server-information channel
- TS server = 135.148.68.55:9987
- Apply to Gilded
- READ and keep up to search during interview: https://www.gildedroleplay.com/rules
- Go to discord server, the #roles-and-applications channel, click Whitelist Application, take and pass the test!
- Install RedM, link it to Discord when it starts
From now on, you can just start RedM and click on the Gilded server!
Tips and Tricks
- When you are creating your character, you can use Tab to switch between man and woman.
