sudo apt install postgresql-common
sudo sh /usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg/apt.postgresql.org.sh

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install pgadmin4

It will install something like 44 packages FUCKSAKE. NOTE TO SELF You need to find something better than postgres that is not designed and written by OCD asberger's victims. GOD DAMN LIFE IS HARD.
