Update

sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y

Installation

  • Download the "bare metal" primary ISO
  • Push the ISO to proxmox
  • Create a VM with it
  • Update sshd to only allow one user through with a proper key auth

  • Enable and start the ssh service

Configuration

  • Edit the .zshrc file to add a banner, bump up the history size, etc.
