Reaper is a DAW that runs in linux. Not FOSS but cheap and good.

Install

  • Download the xz file to ~/apps
sudo apt install xz-utils jack2d
# say yes to allow jack to have realtime permissions!
unxz reaper629_linux_x86_64.tar.xz 
tar -xvf reaper629_linux_x86_64.tar
