Maim and slop work great in linux, ShareX lets you rip screens and video in Windows or wherever!
- Install
- Run a screen video cap with Shift-Prtscreen
- It will prompt you to install ffmpeg binary, let it grab it for you
- Go to Task Settings > Capture/Screen Recorder > Screen recording options... > Install recorder devices (let it do its thing, it installs an audio driver to rip that)
- Shift-Prtscreen to give it a whirl!
