Whole Foods seitan mushrooms onions tomato-puree

- 2 TBSP soy/sesame oil
 - 1 1/2 c diced onion
 - 3/4 c sliced mushrooms
 - 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 1/2 tsp chopped basil (or 1/2 tsp dried)
 - 1/3 tsp pepper
 - 1/2 c dry red wine
 - 3/4 c tomato puree
 - 1 cup chopped seitan
 - 1 1/2 c water (–)
 - 1 TBSP barley miso
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - parsley for garnish
 
Saute onion, mushroom, garlic, basil, pepper in oil.
Add wine, simmer for 2 min.
Add tomato puree, seitan and water, simmer on low for 30 min.
Dissolve miso into water and add, simmer for 5 min.
