Cabbage onions tomato tofurky-keilbasa

Saute keilbasa and onions on high heat until nicely browned.

Dump in a metric tonne of cabbage and a good pour of fresh water and let the cabbage steam through.

While you still have some water in the pan, add a couple tablespoons of Vogue Veggie Base broth powder, and salt.  Swirl the powder into the liquid.

Near the end, add the tomatoes – they just need to cook enough to get warm, really.

The whole thing took like 5-10 minutes – just turn the burner on high and go to work!  :-)
