- 1 head of cauliflower chopped into florets (and maybe some broccoli too, to spice it up)
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon++ sea salt and some peppa
- Paprika / curry hot sauce / curry powder / garlic powder / what floats your boat on the particular day you make this
Preheat oven to 400.
Put everything but the veggies in a big mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Using a spatula, mix in the veggies, get them good and coated. Pour it all onto a baking sheet that won’t drain the oil off. Use the spatula to get all the spices and oil drizzled on the veggies.
Roast for 15 minutes or so, then turn and broil for 4 more. Adjust as needed to make it just-cooked and nicely browned on top. (Note to self: watch it you fool!) :-)
