- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 6 c marinara
- parmazano for garnish/topping
- 1 lb tofu
- 2/3 c nayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine tofu and remaining ingredients, mash into fine grained paste.
Spread baking dish with marinara, arrange shells in it, stuff shells.
Spoon marinara over shells, sprinkle with parmazano, bake for 30-45 min.
