Fettuccini Alfredo

  • Boil a handful of cashews for a few minutes, and let them cool
  • Drain, mix in half a can of full-fat coconut milk, and blend really well
  • Cook a few garlic cloves, well chopped, in a few big tablespoons of olive oil
  • Mix in the nut blend, whisking constantly.
  • Cook further and season with more garlic powder, basil, parsley, nutty yeast, smoke…
  • Throw it on down on some fat-ass noodles, garnish with more parsley
