  1. chana: always blend, add green chilies, use chana when blending, only use fat bay leaves + cinnamon + chilis during initial sizzle as you will pull them out before blending, KEEP the chana water and put most of it back in with the chana but not all, so pour it off and add until the consistency is right

    sloppy joes: USE FAT CHUNKS of peppers mushrooms (onions) during initial sizzle! Pour in an entire big can of diced tomatoes. spice as directed then to taste.
